Does your home seem like a battlefield at meal times?
Do you don the helmet and the armour to get your kids to eat vegetables?
Getting your child to eat, let alone eat the right foods, does not have to feel like a daily crusade. Eve Reed and Familyfoodworks can help you turn feeding your children into a pleasant experience rather than a stressful one.
You can choose to:
- Attend the Familyfoodworks Nutrition Talks
- Discuss your child’s eating and food choices at an individual consultation
- Read reliable books on children’s nutrition and health
 | Eve provides individual consultations regarding your child’s diet. Eve has consulting rooms at Crows Nest and Stanmore and will also come to your home for convenience. » Find out more |

It has been almost a week now and I can't believe the difference your suggestions have made to our lives as a family. My son is now eating bread! plus he eats all 5 meals each day and I am in no way even tempted to offer him or his older sister a snack of 'extra' food in between meals because I know they don't need it. If only attending an information session like this was made mandatory when a child turns 6 months old I do believe that there would be a lower incidence of childhood obesity in this country. All I needed was a little guidance, such as the food guidelines that you handed out and a bit of wisdom from someone who knew what they were talking about.
