Hi Eve,

Thanks for your newsletter. I love reading them.

My kids are both very good eaters and my 4 year old son is very involved with our food and helps me choose all the fruit and veg. I allow him to choose anything in the fruit and veg shop and try it, with no strings on having to eat it if he doesn't like it. He will try anything as he knows if he doesn't like it he won't have to eat it. The strategy has definitely worked as I had months of offering up veggies to see them being left to the side, I just stuck to your advice of keep offering them up and giving choice. It also helps me to try new things and look up new recipes to cook the new things we sometimes bring home.
